Siobhan Smith is an executive consultant who partners with senior leaders and executive teams navigating transition, complexity, and growth. She brings a calm, steady presence to high-pressure environments and is known for asking the questions others avoid—helping leaders cut through noise and focus on what matters most.

Clients work with Siobhan because she listens deeply, thinks critically, and offers clear, practical insight that is both grounded and actionable. Her goal is simple: to help leaders make better decisions, strengthen how they lead together, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Her perspective is shaped by more than 25 years in executive leadership roles inside organizations, where she worked closely with CEOs and leadership teams to drive results, lead transformation, and build talent and succession strategies. Having operated in the seat, she understands the real pressures leaders face and brings both strategic perspective and practical business judgment to every engagement.

In addition, Siobhan brings over 13 years of executive consulting experience and has founded and led two consulting businesses. She has also designed and led peer advisory groups—both within her consulting practice and through her board leadership with the WNY Women’s Foundation SHE Suite—creating trusted environments where leaders challenge one another, share perspective, and strengthen decision-making. This combination of operator, advisor, facilitator, and business owner allows her to meet leaders as a true peer.
